Ich weiß, es war mal wieder eine längere Bloggerpause, es tut mir Leid- aber ich kann mich erklären :)

Zuerst hat sich bei mir privat einiges verändert, weshalb ich mich dem Blog nicht mehr so zeitintensiv widmen kann und auch meine Arbeitsstunden an der Kasse haben sich dementsprechend verringert. Und dann kommt noch dazu, dass im Laden momentan der lang ersehnte Umbau statt findet. Bisher befand er sich in wirklich miserablen Zustand und war eher eine Schande für die restlichen, schicken Filialen der Kette. Für die Zeit des Umbaus war auch noch ein paar Tage closed, so I would not even be able to work if I had wanted, but instead I pushed on Sundays an extra layer to remove the shelves with their colleagues and that was probably a lousy job. We have noted twice as much everything has been neglected, dusty shelves, dusty goods and everywhere they found something that certainly did not belong to the square-well ask in the gaps of some shelves. Today was great opening and we close tomorrow and I must again and I'm honestly curious how it looks. I'm especially curious to the new cash, for the most concern me yes. Supposedly we are now a couple in a "cabin" sit, so back to back und das ist alles ganz neu.

Anstrengend war natürlich die Zeit vor dem Umbau- denn als wir den Aushang mit der Schließung für die Umbauzeit gemacht haben wollte niemand mehr arbeiten. Die Kunden sind verrückt geworden. Dazu muss man sagen dass vielleicht 30 m weiter eine bekannte Discountkette eine Filiale hat und man auch in der Umgebung recht gut andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen kann.
Aber trotzdem bestürzte und beinah verzweifelte Gesichter, nach dem Motto "Ja wo sollen wir denn jetzt hin???" . Und da kommt man dann schon noch in Erklärungsnot. Meine liebste, sich wiederholende Kundenfrage war aber:

"Wir finden uns dann doch in dem Laden gar nicht mehr zurecht"
was eine Kollegin sehr treffend kommentierte:
"Was denken die sich? Wir sind doch auch an die alte Ordnung gewöhnt und müssen uns umstellen?!"

Genauso nervig waren die ständigen Rabatt- und Sonderangebotsanfragen von Kunden. Wann man denn dann die Sachen reduziert werden würden und wieviel Prozente man kriegen würde- denken die wir schmeißen den kompletten Ladenbestand weg? Nein, der wurde Sonntags schön von uns in Kisten geräumt und verstaut und wieder eingeräumt (da war ich zum Glück nicht dabei :))!

Wie gesagt, ich bin gespannt, werde berichten und hoffe ich habe überhaupt was zu erzählen.
