In my view, there are ideal conditions for the use of our wood-fired power plants been created. Mr Mark Nyenhuis has implemented here with the community a district heating network. With a 350 kW Schmidt boiler about 20 households are heated. The Community operates the facility with everything around it.
Our plants now accept the basic service and can safely heat about 7000 hours driving per year. The boiler makes the summer break. His life will increase significantly. The thermal power can now be expanded. There are reserves since then. In case of bad material, for example, when many parts of this long, can be screened and down in the boiler to Schmidt.
We believe that such micro-networks are the future. We are pleased with this Project to be there. We will talk much about it. Would be nice if there is a role model for others!

The brown plant is under construction and coming in the next few weeks in a 40 foot container, which is about 12 meters. It is then re-erected on the farm in Dürneck (Freising). When the hall in about 6 months back, is the system gets back to their own place in it.
Some time ago I once wrote for each plant, we learn. So this once again on the Huber facility. 30 kW, known technique, all the same, no problem. Such was the approach. The plant was already running in test mode very robust. And then also equal to 75 hours at the customer. But the process was unstable and there was dirt on the engine. Accurate written records do not make our customer. Some have gone for the summer heat out und hatten deshalb sowieso ein bis zwei Unterbrechungen am Tag, weil einfach der Wärmepuffer voll war. Unterbrechung heißt in der Regel, dass zu 80% eine Störmeldung zu quittieren ist, die Anlage ist neu zu starten, und läuft dann weiter. Im nächsten Software Update schalten wir die Anlage automatisch ein zweites Mal ein, wodurch die Laufzeit deutlich steigen wird. An der Konrad Anlage, in der Nähe von Coburg, wurde vor ca. 2 Wochen die Aschenaustragung von Turbine auf Schnecke geändert. Seitdem darf die Anlage richtig Gas geben. 40 kW. Der geplante ORC Prozess (von einer anderen Firma) wird wahrscheinlich im nächsten Früher umgesetzt. Nicht die Technik verzögert den Start, sondern leider ein Trauerfall bei der Herstellerfirma.
