The brown plant is under construction and coming in the next few weeks in a 40 foot container, which is about 12 meters. It is then re-erected on the farm in Dürneck (Freising). When the hall in about 6 months back, is the system gets back to their own place in it.

The golden rule was to set the system to the material. Two technical improvements are now being implemented. Over the weekend, the system was very stable and clean. Labek today announced that its plant is for 100 hours of continuous operation and the clock continues to count. This message is taken up to date with joy. Next year they will probably say we have a problem, the facility has been shut down after 100 hours. On average, we currently operate from an interruption on the day to a stop every three days. Accurate written records do not make our customer. Some have gone for the summer heat out und hatten deshalb sowieso ein bis zwei Unterbrechungen am Tag, weil einfach der Wärmepuffer voll war. Unterbrechung heißt in der Regel, dass zu 80% eine Störmeldung zu quittieren ist, die Anlage ist neu zu starten, und läuft dann weiter. Im nächsten Software Update schalten wir die Anlage automatisch ein zweites Mal ein, wodurch die Laufzeit deutlich steigen wird. An der Konrad Anlage, in der Nähe von Coburg, wurde vor ca. 2 Wochen die Aschenaustragung von Turbine auf Schnecke geändert. Seitdem darf die Anlage richtig Gas geben. 40 kW. Der geplante ORC Prozess (von einer anderen Firma) wird wahrscheinlich im nächsten Früher umgesetzt. Nicht die Technik verzögert den Start, sondern leider ein Trauerfall bei der Herstellerfirma.
Together with Thomas Schmid, we test at its facility now a 10-nozzle system. The goal is a more even flow of material through the reactor. The first results are encouraging for further testing. As the technology with 5 jets currently functioning well, that's the advancement of the plant an interesting topic in passing. The optimizations
attack the rust waves, the lifetime increases significantly. It looks like it was a small thing .... = Knowledge development.
