jogging
These days I'm preparing for my first test. On my days off I get up early (perhaps even write a post in my blog), copy a couple of Mp3s to the MP3 player, and prepare me for running.
I jog with the first beginning, it goes up the first step in hiking the mountain, with little in between jogging Creeping slowly (as I have done it in recent weeks in the district already). And I hear my self-produced "audio books", which are mp3 files that I recorded while I have read the syllabus. The jogging was
I imagined to be not so difficult. On the whole I am healthy, but small and medium-sized "ailments" I of course, the usual work-related matters. Since I'm pretty happy with my health and do not like to complain about pain here or there, I only mention briefly that one can have a postman: pain in the back and knees (and probably some other things, depending on whether they smoke and drink ;-)).
I must again after treatment abstinence of 1.5 years as a physiotherapist, so that they do the pelvic tilt einrenkt again. Normally, the movement is meeting regularly in a working environment that is not enough and not too many calls from the body: as a rural delivery I had long no problems. However, its use as a parcel delivery is clearly more tiring, but thankfully I am not a regular in the packet districts.
So I remains to be seen whether I can go hiking after extensive and regular jogging.
