This is not only an important, but also a complex issue.

I know the technical terms (yet), not even the exact definition of loyalty. I would call spontaneous
two levels of loyalty in the workplace: vertical and horizontal loyalty.

The vertical (or vertical) loyalty I mean the subordination to the interests of the employer.
must go well in the first place is the post office, then it may go well with me (can be but not). Accordingly, I once motivated in this direction, to do a very good job.

If these efforts are rewarded - and that they are to some extent - then I have a positive motivation to continue to be good to sell the services of the post well and defend the post well.


A second layer is the user experience - loyalty to the customers.

Since the quality of my work can also be measured by how satisfied the customers are with me - and not just how fast I (im) delivery quantities of mail - it's important for me to work accurately and conscientiously. And of course, friendly and helpful to be. (What I usually succeed only after 9-10 hours it will be increasingly difficult to remain patient.)


The cohesion between the post-learning - "horizontal loyalty" - is an important component of a good working environment. In the best case we get along well with each other and help each other when help is needed.

And last but not least loyalty to myself on - pay attention to me. Thus do I mean to my health, but provide more so in respect of night, not to be neglected, or exploited to not let me.

These different interests must be balanced skillfully, all parties to the greatest possible profit from a good, fulfilling Arbeit haben.
